 Lieutenant Commander   Cynthia D. Beard (Ret.) , RN, BSN, MPA is a highly skilled and military veteran business owner with over 30 + years in business, military and nursing field.  CB Global Solutions L.L.C was founded in 2012 after military retirement. During decorated military service career, Beard was proficient and effective in her many years of service to the nation obtaining commendation medals, service medals as well as serving. in many leadership positions. LCDR Cynthia Beard (Ret.) is a highly trained and skilled nurse with multiple years in the medical profession as well that has lead to improving lives of patients globally.

LCDR Cynthia D. Beard (Ret.) also served as mental health nurse case manager at 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas. In Public Health Service LCDR Beard worked with immigration to provide service to immigrant from across the globe.  As a flight nurse LCDR Beard also accompanied the immigrants in need to their home countries.

Currently, CBGS is a leading female, service disabled, veteran-owned minority small business specializing in logistics, transportation, medical staffing, recruiting, job training, construction, facilities, maintenance, security, and electrical support services.
